This cosy 95 sq.m villa is located in the north of Mauritius, in close proximity to the Indian Ocean, and has a direct access to a private beach. It offers a well-kept territory with a recreational area, sun beds and a barbecue area, as well as a terrace with an outdoor dining area.

The villa features a large living room with a seating area, a dining room for 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms overlooking the garden have both en suite bathrooms.

The villa offers the following services to the guests: daily cleaning (except for Sundays and holidays), free Wi-Fi, parking space for a car.

Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 2 children on extra beds.

Rates:

Low season - 140 euros / day

Mid season - 170 euros / day

High season (New Year's period) - 260 euros / day.

For stays of 10 days or more, additional discounts are available.
