Villa TROPICANA (5 bedrooms) is located in one of the most prestigious places in the north of Mauritius, in Pointe aux Canonniers, just 350 meters from the beautiful white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean.

The villa’s ground floor features a cozy living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace overlooking the pool and a tropical garden, and one bedroom with a separate entrance. The first floor has a spacious hall with a seating area, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Villa TROPICANA offers its guests a well-kept area with a private pool, a luxurious tropical garden, a private gazebo and a barbecue area.

Maid service (3 times a week) is included in the price.

The villa is located just 3 km away from the center of Gran Bay with its numerous bars, dance clubs and shops. VANA supermarket, a French bakery and small cozy restaurants are also within 100 meters walking distance from the villa.

The villa was renovated in May 2018 and has been open to welcome guests since.
