Description

Clos du Littoral is an elite complex in the north of Mauritius in the Grand Bay area, that consists of prestigious villas with private pools and private gardens located in a protected green area. The complex is developed in two phases: phase 1 completed and phase 2 is currently under construction. A beautiful park with fountains and a well-groomed green area connects the second phase of the project with the first – the park is already enjoyed by the current residents. The completion deadline for the project is split in two parts: part B - mid 2018, part C - end 2018
