Promoting a new lifestyle and community philosophy previously unknown on the island, Royal Park has been consciously designed for local and international owners alike. Bel Air Townhouse: Bel Air includes a collection of 20 well designed and spacious townhouses, bordering a private and thoughtfully landscaped avenue.   • The Clubhouse: Whilst also acting as the resort’s reception, The Clubhouse will provide owners and residents with a wide range of facilities and conveniences, including concierge service, changing rooms and restaurant. Complete with swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness area and spa, The Clubhouse is located at the West gate entrance to Royal Park.
  • The Sunset Beach Club: Occupying 160m of Mauritius’ famous coastline, the Royal Park beach offers a unique position from which to watch the northwest’s legendary sunsets. There will be a lively beachfront restaurant and bar where residents can enjoy fabulous cocktails and cuisine, a wellness center and spa providing a range of health and beauty therapies. Boats can be hired to explore the islands off the northwest coastline, to visit the capital Port Louis, or indulge in water sports.
  • The “R” Club: Owners are granted privileged access and membership to our beach club in nearby Mont Choisy. Looking out across the Indian Ocean, it provides a relaxed venue ideal for catching up with friends, for sunbathing or using the Wi-Fi. The morning catch from the local fishermen is landed daily and prepared by our chefs for the freshest lunch and dinner, while the bar is open for drinks and light snacks throughout the day. Our water sports experts will be on hand for those who prefer to be a little more active.
  • The Lodge: Away from the turquoise waters and golden beachfront, there is much to discover inland. A 30-minute drive from Royal Park, will take you to the estate’s 500 hectares nature reserve, including a private lodge.
  • Banyan Village: Situated close to the resort and taking its name from the famous banyan trees abundant in this region, Banyan Village will provide a diverse mix of boutiques, restaurants, galleries and attractions for the convenience of our residents.
