The villa is located on the territory of the protected KOMANEKA complex, consisting of 7 villas, all built in Balinese style from environmentally friendly materials. The villa is ideally located in the heart of the tropical gardens on the West Coast of Mauritius, a 10-minute drive from the world-famous snow-white beaches of Le Morne Brabant, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The developers used hard wood and modern concrete for the construction of the villa, while carefully preserving the authentic Balinese style, thus creating all the conditions for a comfortable stay in a tropical environment.

The villa features a large living room with a recreational area, a dining room and a kitchen, 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, a 33 sq.m swimming pool, a traditional Balinese gazebo, a large terrace with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue area, as well as personal deck chairs.

The price includes daily cleaning (except Sundays and public holidays), free Wi-Fi and parking for several cars.
