AVENTURINE residence is a complex of 24 villas made in the colonial architectural style. Located in a beautiful secluded green oasis in the north of Mauritius, in close proximity to Grand Baie and the magnificent beaches in the north of the island, the residence offers a blend of tradition and modernity in a natural and safe environment. Luxury villas ranging from 160 to 285 sq.m are located on plots of land varying from 650 to 1600 sq.m.

Villa (type D) is the only one in the AVENTURINE residence. It has a very large living room with an open plan kitchen and a dining room opening onto a terrace with a swimming pool and a garden. All 5 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and they all have separate bathrooms. On the first floor there is a loft, which can accommodate an additional seating / recreational area, a games room, a cinema, a billiard room.

Ground floor area is 284.3 sq.m; Total land plot area is 1598 sq.m; 2 garages; Area of the veranda is 80 sq.m.

Seven architectural models of villas are available for selection, all in the colonial style. There is also a possibility to choose the colour of the facade and the roof.
