Description

This cosy 200 sq.m villa is located in the north of Mauritius right on the beach front of the Indian Ocean and has a direct access to a private beach. It offers a well-kept area, a small swimming pool with recreational area, sun beds and a barbecue area, as well as a terrace with magnificent views of the ocean and an outdoor dining area for 12 people.

The villa features a large living room with a seating area, a dining room for 10 people and a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom is overlooking the garden and has its own bathroom.

The villa offers the following services to the guests: daily cleaning (except for Sundays and holidays), free Wi-Fi, parking space for a car.

Maximum occupancy: 6 adults and 2 children on extra beds.

Rates:

Low season - 210 euros / day

Mid season - 230 euros / day

High season (New Year's period) - 340 euros / day.

For stays of 10 days or more, additional discounts are available.
