The luxurious 2-storey villa with an area of 370 sq.m is located on the territory of an elite complex consisting of 8 villas, right on the beachfront of the Indian Ocean, with direct access to a private beach. It features a well-kept area, a communal swimming pool with a seating area, and a small private pool.

The ground floor of the villa features a large living room with a seating area, a dining room and a kitchen, as well as the ocean view bedroom with en suite bathroom. Large terrace with an outdoor dining area and barbecue area, as well as personal deck chairs are also located on the ground floor.

The first floor of the villa has two bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a large balcony with a breath-taking view of Grand Bay.

The villa offers the following services to the guests: maid service (except on Sundays and public holidays), free Wi-Fi, parking for several cars, and boat parking space.

Maximum occupancy: 6 adults and a child on an extra bed.

Rates:

Low season - 350 euros / day

Mid season - 450 euros / day

High season (New Year's period) - 780 euro / day.

For stays of 7 days or more, additional discounts are available.
