The luxurious beautifully decorated 2-storey villa with an area of 280 sq.m is located on the territory of a complex consisting of 3 villas, right on the beachfront of the Indian Ocean, with direct access to a private beach. It features a well-kept area, a nice tropical garden, and a small private pool.

The ground floor of the villa features a large living room with a seating area, a dining room and a kitchen, as well as the comfortable bedroom with en suite bathroom. Large terrace with an outdoor dining area, as well as personal deck chairs are also located on the ground floor.

The first floor of the villa has two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, one ot the bedroom have  a breath-taking view of Grand Bay.

The villa offers the following services to the guests: maid service (except on Sundays and public holidays), free Wi-Fi, parking for several cars.

Maximum occupancy: 6 adults and a child up to 2 years old.

Rates:

Low season - 285 euros / day

Mid season - 375 euros / day

High season (New Year's period) - 500 euro / day.
