Clos du Littoral is an elite complex in the north of Mauritius in the Grand Bay area, that consists of prestigious villas with private pools and private gardens located in a protected green area. The complex is developed in two phases: phase 1 completed and phase 2 is currently under construction. A beautiful park with fountains and a well-groomed green area connects the second phase of the project with the first – the park is already enjoyed by the current residents. The area of the villa is 162 sq.m; the land plot area is 430 sq.m.
